The Symposium Registration Fees are:

Regular Participants fee includes:
◦ Admission to the oral and poster sessions
◦ Book of abstracts and detailed program
◦ Meals 

Cancellation

In case you need to cancel your Registration you can send an e-mail to the Organizing Secretariat YES MEET (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.)

- Before April 8^th 2023 no penalty due
- From April 16^th to May 1^st 2023 you will be refunded of 50% of the Registration fee paid
- From May 2^nd 2023 no refund will be possible

Any refund will be done after the Symposium.
